The breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs made with real eggs. The room felt spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice vibe with the breakfast room's design too, lots of natural light.

No complaint, I had a very very good stay and would happily go back again. It was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and caring, beds were comfortable. The location was exceptionally nice for walking around a neoclassical concert hall. What's more, it was adjacent to town centre, Art Museum and nice restaurants.

extra bed confusion

The breakfast options were enjoyable, especially the quality of the scrambled eggs, which clearly made a positive impression on us.

We experienced a delay in receiving the extra bed for our child, despite having pre-booked for three people, which led to some discomfort .

Everything was good,staff were helpful and spoke english.It is a new place so all fittings in rooms in good order.breakfast was a very varied ,wide choice and plenty of it.

Coffee at breakfast not good,the lift(elevator) was slow.

excellent location

A cozy stay with minor flaws

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast options were good, and I appreciated the espresso machine in the room. The staff were attentive and ensured we had a pleasant experience.

excellent location, good breakfast. However, the overall impression (service, cleanliness, breakfast) has suffered greatly since the last 4-5 years, since I have been a regular guest.

Rooms could have been cleaner ( bathroom ), WiFi not strong enough, breakfast tasty but you always have to ask for rolls, cold cuts, eggs etc. so they are available or refilled.

smell issue

parking troubles

Smoke smell in room despite open window!!! Narrow parking structure made it challenging to maneuver our car, causing delays!!! Staff response to car assistance was unsatisfactory, leading to unnecessary frustration!!!
